• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.

• Product photos are for illustration only; actual items may slightly vary in color and appearance, or based on the device used for viewing.

3. Payments

• We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions.

• By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

• For security, additional verification may occasionally be required.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and product availability.

• You will receive an estimated delivery date with your order confirmation.

• If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will contact you to reschedule delivery.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, supply shortages, or high demand) do not make us liable for compensation, though we will always aim to keep you informed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Items received as part of a promotion or gift set must be returned together.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer support team to arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within one hour of placing them if they have not yet been processed.

• For cash on delivery (COD) orders, cancellation can be made directly through your account.

• For card payments, contact our customer service team at info@shentiwear.com within the cancellation window.

• Once an order is processed, it can only be canceled through the returns process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
