At Shenti, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

• Sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Timeframes

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

2. Once approved, a courier will be arranged to pick up the item from your address at a scheduled time.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval of your refund or exchange.

5. Contact our Customer Service team at info@shentiwear.com with your order number for any inquiries.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed using the original method of payment:

  • Online payments (credit/debit card): refunded to the same account or card.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded in cash.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us immediately at info@shentiwear.com and include photos of the issue.

• We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or wrongly shipped items.

• You may choose a replacement, or full refund, including original shipping fees.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (non-defective items).

7. Important Notes

• Returned items that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags) may be refused.

• Any gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must also be returned to complete the refund or exchange.
